Hand Woven Shokoto

The woven Shokoto is an elevated version of our classic shokoto pants. Crafted with hand woven indigo dyed fabric, the yarns are first dyed at the Kofar Mata dye pits to achieve the exact shades required. These are then transported to the master weavers in Maitsidau villages, where they are handwoven into fabric. The striped patterns are inspired by traditional Hausa weaving designs. With a focus on craftsmanship with this iteration of our classic Shokoto, these pants have the look and feel of comfort and luxury.

Made with 100% Cotton from Funtua, Katsina. Hand dyed at the ancient Kofar Mata dye pits and Hand Woven in Maitsidau village, Kano State- all within a 50km radius.
