RETURNS POLICY

All our clothes and accessories are hand dyed and slight variations and unevenness in dyeing should be expected. THIS IS US does not accept returns caused as a result of these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied with your THIS IS US purchase, you may return your purchase. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thisisus.ng. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be required to send items back to us in their original packaging by a recognized and trusted shipping service with tracking code sent to us after shipment. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@thisisus.ng.

EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
You can request an exchange and we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge once we receive your return. If there is nothing else you want from us, you can also request a refund. 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Attn: Your original order shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the cost for the items will be refunded. 


PAYMENT POLICY

THIS IS US accepts all major credit and debit cards through Shopify payments, an easy, secure method of online payment. Unfortunately Shopify payments does not accept all Nigerian cards. 

If you are paying from Nigeria, you can pay seamlessly by selecting Bank Transfer or Bank deposit at checkout. Note down the account details and transfer directly to the account through your bank after completing your order. 

You will get an automatic order confirmation via email from us after you complete your order. Please respond to that email with a proof of payment from your bank. 

Please note that we cannot process your order and your order is not confirmed without this proof of payment.
