Ajasa Trousers - Indigo Galactic Stem

The Ajasa Trousers are a juxtaposition of casual and formal elements. 

The loose fit and drawstring waistband keep things relaxed, while the tuxedo panel and sharp tailoring bring the formality.

Made in a cotton twill, it features the Galactic Stem print, an update on a Post-Imperial signature pattern. It closely resembles flowery imagery but also hearkens back to galactic elements like the sun, the moon, and the stars.

The print is made using a carefully hand drawn cassava paste resist, applied by skilled artisans and dyed in indigo by master dyers at Kofar Mata, one of West Africa's oldest and most celebrated dyeing traditions.

This item is crafted with natural indigo,  as a result, a slight color run is expected.

Due to its handmade nature, each product is unique and therefore may vary slightly. Crafted from local rain-fed Funtua cotton, grown in the fields of Katsina, Northern Nigeria.
