The Tortoise is slow and steady, exceptionally wise and lives a very long life. A reminder to us to slow down. Good things take time, Great things take a little longer. 

The Tortoise shell is made from a patchwork of indigo shades- light blue takes 2 hours to dye, sky blue- 4 hours, indigo- 6 hours and deep dark- 8 hours.  

Hand dyed by master artisans at the ancient Kofar Mata dye pits, Kano on Funtua cotton.
