Textile Studio and Production Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Textile Studio and Production Coordinator oversees the day-to-day coordination of textile and home product production in Lagos, managing communication, sampling, materials, and deliveries to ensure smooth workflows and consistent quality. Serving as a key link between Lagos-based artisans, the Kano production team, and internal stakeholders, the role supports accurate execution of designs, timely production, and adherence to This Is Us standards across all craft-led processes, while proactively flagging risks and maintaining strong artisan relationships.
Kano Artisan Coordinator (Full-time)
Location: Kano, Nigeria
The Kano Artisan Coordinator manages on-ground communication, sampling, and production with master crafters, ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency across textile processes. The role serves as a vital link between artisans in Kano and the Lagos team, supporting smooth workflows, accurate execution, and timely delivery of artisan-led production.
Store Manager (Full-time)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Store Manager leads the daily operations of THIS IS US retail space, ensuring an exceptional customer experience rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and culture. The role balances commercial performance with brand integrity, driving sales while fostering a space that reflects Nigerian creativity and community
Retail Sales Associate (Full-time)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Retail Sales Associate is the front-facing ambassador of THIS IS US, delivering exceptional customer experiences rooted in storytelling, craftsmanship, and culture. The RSA supports store performance by driving sales, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values.
Store Runner (Full-time)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
The Store Runner/Quality Support (QS) ensures the seamless movement of products between makers and the store, maintaining quality standards and operational efficiency. The role bridges the store and production teams, performing quality checks, managing stock, and supporting in-store operations to reflect THIS IS US’ commitment to craftsmanship and storytelling.
